Acumatica has three native tools for reporting and data visibility: Report Designer, Generic Inquiries, and dashboards.
Report Designer is Acumatica’s primary tool for building formatted, printable reports, including financial statements, aging reports, pick tickets, and documents that need a fixed layout. Generic Inquiries are flexible data queries that pull live records from Acumatica into a configurable grid format. They support custom pivot tables, export views, and the data that feeds dashboards. Dashboards provide the front-line visibility layer, configured by role so each user sees the KPIs and alerts relevant to their work when they log in.
